Feel the Noise - Dream out loud
Loss of support, deadlines, final warnings, drastic change, and impending doom make things happen. All these constraints push us into the third essential dimension of Got-To-Do-It. Ideas take whatever time they take. Especially, when we have emotionally invested in the outcome.
Life takes you on different paths, not realizing what you already have and what you are willing to lose. 2K10 started with a disaster and the rest of it is no different. No matter how much I invest in each day, every morning I wake up burst. I know what my readers are up to. But then nobody can be right all of the time :). I never stop dreaming though ;-)
I remember saying it once to a mortal (he he), I know he can reckon the tag as well as the gag. “Each of us has much more hidden inside us than we have had a chance to explore. Unless we create an environment that enables us to discover the limits of our potential, we will never know what we have inside of us”.
Realizing victory is obtainable even though we do suffer greatly, by surviving our devastations and adversities, in the process, we may know that we are over comers and built stronger to withstand the next hurdle whenever it may come and with more compassionating to others around us. Learn to get in touch with the silence within yourself and know that everything in this life has a purpose.
Time to shift into reverse. It's 2K11. And it’s time to look at what's really driving your success and failures, people around you and make some important changes, right now. Beautiful people do not just happen. The most beautiful people we have known are those who have known defeat, known suffering, known struggle, known loss, and more importantly enjoyed and have found their way out of the depths. Keep your team down to minimal players. Less is more. These persons have an appreciation, responsiveness, and an understanding of life that fills them with compassion, gentleness, and a deep loving concern.
I have said it earlier. I say it again. “Hold on to sky”. The birds do it, the bees do it. And now, let’s do it.

Who Resolves Your Life? YOU!! : Change Happens By Choice
Who knows what the path of life will hold for us?
Growing up, I realize that human beings really go through some phases in their lifetime that they don't have power over. But then no one was born ready. Not even a crystal ball, fortune teller, or any other psychic being would have the answer. To sail through this trip called life, I envision that you must have faith in your own personal strength, pursue your own dreams hoping they will become your reality, and never give up. The only thing that comes to you without effort is old age. Great things can only be welded when men and mountains meet. Winning isn't everything but wanting to win is.
The message is clear; you and only you are responsible for your thoughts, ideas, imagination, health, well being, wealth, life style, economy, happiness, peace, your past, present and future. The more you are willing to give, the more you will be able to get.
And here's a key point. Your education, knowledge, skills and experience all are investments in your ability to contribute a value for which you can be paid. But they are like any other investments. They are highly speculative. Your goal is to organize your life in such a way that you enjoy a mighty income, a high standard of living, and that you are the master of your economic destiny rather than a victim of changing economic times.
They say that time waits for no one and that includes YOU and ME. Scientifically, it is well accepted that how we feel has a direct effect on our body, mind, personality and how we carry ourselves through the day. Positive thinking is no fast food. Be who you want to be fully, in this moment.
Though most of us think we will live until we are old, many of us won't. Don't put off your dreams until tomorrow. Don't decide to change your life tomorrow. Do it today, right now. This is the moment that you have a control on. Be in charge of you and choose to be the best possible person you can be this moment. Be more loving in this moment, more forgiving, kinder, more positive and generous. Be present with people, in this moment. Give more than you take, in this moment.
Here is the test to find whether your mission on Earth is finished: “if you’re alive, it isn’t”.

What Grief Can Taught You
One thing which always attached to me since I left home was “Loneliness”. Nothing like I am lack of something. I have everything a content man would need. I have an endearing family, I have made many friends; some of them are great pals. If my family gives me strength to come through, these people really give me sense of friendship and kinship; what friends are. But my loneliness never left me. She/he (whatever sounds better to you) always come back to walk with me, fly with me, ride with me, and to sleep besides me. Ahh, now I wish to call it “she” for sure. ;-)
I admit, I am not aware what exactly I want to happen in my life at this point of the time. There are many items pondering into my “To Do” list. I think I need a change and happiness. Rest will follow. Luck favors the prepared mind. I was searching and preparing for happiness but could not find any. Bewildered, I sat back at my office system and googled the word 'Happiness' and it gave me more than a million of them in just 0.14 seconds. Can you beat google? ;-)
Most of the time, I think we are not conscious of what we say, do or read. We all have certain sameness to some part of each day. Getting up in the morning, turn on the news, read the newspaper, and then start the rest of the day. It would be wonderful if the morning information had a lot of good news, something that left us with good and hopeful feelings as we venture out into our day, but I can't say that I see it often.
There are always times when we feel like the world has lost its colors. When we get so lonely and dejected. When we cry. When you feel that the rest of the world is happy and you are not. No movement. No charm. When these times happen, do not succumb to the temptations of giving up. Life is a Leveller. Yes, to live is to suffer and the only way to be happy is to suffer willingly. Perhaps then, we can become the sovereign of our own destiny.
I wish all readers Good Luck, God speed in all their future endeavors.

Encountering Yourself – “Unconsciously”
When I say conscious and unconscious, I do not mean that there are any fixed boundaries between the two. There are none. It depends on you whether you are less conscious or more conscious. Anger makes you less conscious (read unconscious) while deceasing life of yours or your soul mate makes you more conscious. But believe me when you are in presence of unconscious, so to speak, nothing could be more familiar……
What you see when unconscious is your reality, but society has created so many layers in order that you will not be aware of it. You will find a different individual all together. Then you cannot deceive yourself; you will certainly know what you are. If you want to create massive changes within your life, you have to change what is acceptable to you.
Whatever your current position is, there is most certainly room for advancement. Focus on long term growth & accomplishments. I reckon, at the end of the day, you want to go back to bed and be proud of what you have done. Focus on that reason, and while you are at it, might as well make it a joyful, pleasant experience.
There are tons of help available out there, but it's up to you to glue all the pieces together to figure out your own path. If there was one such piece of advice that could resolve all issues in one shot, then everyone would succeed……Such is not life as we know……
……Close your eyes and encounter the unconscious…… So next time you stuck with something, remember, It isn't coming from outside, it's coming from inside. You see, motivation can take a 180 turn simply by changing your perception.
The way I see it, it's a little bit like work, but that's why you've got an unconscious zone ;-)…… Smile and be happy ……

Flight Plan: In pursuit of happiness
You are right!! Opening eyes with a smile and purpose is what all of us desire. You can always find someone richer, someone with a bigger car, someone with a nicer house, and someone better looking around you. Trying to find happiness with rivalry is impossible. We need to focus on the right venues in search for the elusive happiness. For me, there is only one invariable thing in this world. We all have 24 hours per day; nothing more, nothing less. No one has an advantage over another. Think about it. It’s all about how you manage your time and how you perceive its use.
Make your Time and Money work for you. File a Flight Plan.
The real secret of success consists of three major factors: First, you must be absolutely clear about your happiness flight’s destination. Determine exactly what it is that you want to achieve. Secondly, “take off” toward your goal with no guarantees of success, and then lastly make continual course rectifications and betterment until you finally succeed. The greatest experiences of your life are still to be experienced.
Believe in yourself. This is a great time to be alive. Make more money now. Yield highest income of your life. Best days of your life still lie ahead of you. Justify your presence.
How do you get what you want? It’s simple; all you have to do is to have a plan! And having a plan isn’t enough…..It has to be a Flight Plan….Not just giving lip service to excellence, but putting every part of yourself into achieving it...
I am “taking off!”

Random Inspirations
Ideas will not derive out from your head until you let them come in. Build a bond with the larger universe. This way, we can become a part of larger and more prominent reality. The prototype can't be seen as the property of the engineers, the designers, or the marketers—it has to be community property. Nothing in life is to be feared. It is only to be understood. Remember, sometimes great ideas can come from the most unconventional sources.
A simple act of sensing inspiration can unblock the imagination. If you're new to it, start slowly. You'll find it comes naturally. Talk about making waves!
Internet can help you if you don't want to do it alone. There are numerous websites where you can enlist people from a variety of backgrounds from all over the world to help you solve your problem. Subscribe to any magazine or a journal. Include a recommendation or a testimonial to demand ideas from your friends, coworkers, experts, libraries, online, history.....
Old theories have to give way to new. By taking inspiration, I mean taking up these old theories and creating new and redefining them. Newton had to make way for Einstein. Gavaskar had to make way for Tendulkar. Seed can be one year old boy or a hundred year old veteran.
Where's your next great idea and inspiration going to come from? It's up to you. And whomever you want to invite.
Let's do it!

Aiming Bull’s Eye
When we aim a new thought, some people will react emotionally, others, more rationally. When you see head scratching and hear questions like, "How will this work?" that should tell you someone wants practical answers. Work hard on your critics. A good thought of yours, no matter how fantastic, works only if it resonates with others (yours critics) experience and strikes a chord of believability. Practice the art of observation - a technique that can, and does, take hours, days and sometimes weeks. Eventually, you will hit a Bull’s Eye…….………….
……………………..……….By Bull’s Eye, I mean the “Critics”.
When I was penning my thoughts on this one, I suddenly think on my subject. Why Bull’s Eye is always the core or center of the nucleus. Unfortunately, nobody knows. Interestingly, when I googled, I found Dr. Christopher W. Tyler of the Smith-Kettlewell Eye Research Institute, San Francisco, made an intriguing discovery at the beginning of this century. While studying how people react to famous paintings, he examined 170 portraits of 282 artists--drawn from diverse cultures over 500 years. He noticed that almost all classic portrait painters arrange their subjects so that one eye, not the nose, is in the horizontal center of the image. He also found that no painting schools had taught such a rule. Click here to check out some interesting facts.
In short, humans appear to make consistent, unconscious, aesthetic judgments. How they do it is still a mystery. One that keeps going, and going, and going...
